Unfortunately, he has tested positive for COVID and is currently under quarantine, rendering him unable to travel. We have always been impressed with the exceptional service provided by AA, especially in accommodating his need for handicap assistance. Regrettably, we are facing a financial strain due to the need to rebook his flight once he is cleared of COVID. Any assistance you can provide in this matter would be greatly appreciated. My son and I were originally booked on flight AA [redacted] from RDU to Miami on July 18th, [redacted], departing at 5:40 am. Due to a delay, our flight was rescheduled to depart at 2:43 pm on the same day, with multiple connecting flights. Unfortunately, I was unable to take the new itinerary provided and had to book a last-minute flight with Delta, flight DL1257 departing in the midnight. I intend to keep my return flight with AA on July 21st from Miami to RDU at 7:30 pm. I am requesting compensation for the inconvenience caused by the flight delays and last-minute changes, which made for a chaotic and stressful experience.

I am currently pursuing a claim for a delayed flight and delayed baggage on my flight insurance policy. I require documentation for the delayed Flight [redacted] from Newark to Dallas/Fort Worth on July 16, which caused the subsequent baggage delay. I have been experiencing a challenging time with this airline. After my wife's medical emergency in DC, I booked a flight from Indianapolis to be with her, with a layover in Charlotte. Upon arrival at the airport, my layover was unexpectedly changed to O'Hare. The airline then continuously delayed my flight to DC, causing me to miss my flight back home to Indianapolis with my wife. After speaking with a representative at O'Hare, I was rebooked on a 6 a.m. flight the next day. The hotel provided was far away, resulting in only three hours of sleep before having to leave at 3:45 a.m. Unfortunately, the meal voucher given to me was not useful, and there were no clear instructions on how to use the travel voucher I was promised. I am now left with the task of pursuing American Airlines for reimbursement of close to $[redacted]. I feel the company should compensate me for the lost time, money spent, and the sleepless night endured during this ordeal costing me $[redacted] for unnecessary travel complications.

On February 25, [redacted], our flight AA186 experienced a delay due to an airplane malfunction, causing us to miss our connecting flight. As a result, we had to spend $[redacted].22 on a hotel for one night. Additionally, we paid $95.92 for upgraded seating and $12 for an extra day of parking at SMF. We have been diligently filling out refund request forms since February 28, [redacted], but have yet to receive any results. We are growing increasingly frustrated with American Airlines as this process has dragged on for too long. We are kindly requesting a prompt refund of our total expenses amounting to $[redacted].14.

My connecting flight got cancelled, and the airline is only offering a flight for tomorrow, even though there are flights available tonight to Houston. My son had taken time off to spend the weekend with family, and now this plan is disrupted. I am exploring other airlines to ensure my son reaches his destination. Hoping for a refund from the airline for not delivering on the travel arrangements.

Subject: Inquiry on Reservation and Credit Expiry Date Hello American Airlines, I wanted to share an experience I recently had and some concerns regarding my reservation and credit with you. On 8/29/22, I booked a flight from DFW to MAH and was supposed to return on 9/29/22 with reservation record locator LJAZCV. Due to Spain's travel requirements, after testing positive for Covid, my trip was canceled, and I received a credit for future travel. When trying to rebook for 9/3/23 to 10/5/23, I was informed that the credit had expired after 12 months of the original reservation, even though I did not see this rule in any communications received. Despite speaking with representatives, no one could provide me with the written rule on the credit expiry date. I find this situation frustrating and believe it is unfair to lose a significant credit amount based on an undisclosed rule. Hello, I am Randy S. with Confirmation Code RKWNDW. I noticed that meals were available on the flight from EWR to LAX with a layover in PHX, but I did not see a meal option for the return flights (LAX/PHX) (PHX/EWR). Since the return flight is overnight/red-eye, I am unsure if meals will be provided. Could you please clarify if meals will be served on the Phoenix to Newark leg of the journey? I have been trying for over a month to get answers from BA with no success. I am now reaching out to you for help. My sister-in-law and I traveled from Reno to Dallas to London to Rome for a cruise with Regent in first class. Unfortunately, upon our arrival in Rome, our luggage was missing. I was able to retrieve my luggage after 7 days, but my sister-in-law's luggage, with the number AA186207, is still in Rome. We have been dealing with this since July 11th. I am exhausted from contacting BA repeatedly. Can you assist in getting my sister-in-law's luggage back?

Although I've been a loyal customer for decades and understand that errors happen, my recent experience left me disappointed. After my bag was damaged during a trip, the airline promptly fixed it, which I appreciated. However, some of my items were missing, and while I received partial compensation, I didn't press for more due to my loyalty. As a Million Miler AA member, I was eager to enjoy perks with my daughter on an upcoming trip. However, I struggled to link our bookings and faced issues with seat arrangements. Despite my attempts to resolve these matters, a misunderstanding arose with the airline agent regarding my ticket rate, resulting in a frustrating exchange and a lack of empathy from the supervisor I spoke to. I need to speak with a live agent, please. I have questions and need to leave as soon as possible from FSM/PAH. I am in a toxic and abusive relationship. I have two fur babies, but I don't have pet carriers. They assist with my disabilities including epilepsy, hearing and speech impairments, and other health issues. They help me with seizures, alert me when someone is at my front door, and assist with daily needs like medication reminders. My son and I were scheduled on an American Airlines flight on August 23. Unfortunately, the flight was repeatedly delayed and eventually canceled. Despite being put up at a hotel, the next day's flight was also riddled with delays and cancellations. After enduring a frustrating series of gate changes and ticket issues, we experienced further delays onboard. The vouchers provided for meals did not work, and our tickets were even canceled at one point. This ordeal caused significant inconvenience and affected our plans. I arranged travel for my mother's funeral but struggled to find an affordable round trip within my timeframe. I initially booked a flight from GPT to SLC but canceled within 24 hours. I later booked a flight on Priceline from Gulfport with two stops in Arizona and Charlotte, which seemed excessive for a 12-hour journey. I had a disappointing experience with reaching a human at Priceline after being stuck navigating a robot that did not respond to my voice and eventually disconnected. Despite speaking to a representative, they were unwilling to refund my American Airlines flight, unlike the other one-way flight I had directly with the airline which was refunded promptly upon cancellation. Priceline's lack of empathy and customer service has left me feeling manipulated and taken advantage of during a vulnerable time, as I was trying to attend my mother's funeral. Frustrated with this encounter, I managed to secure a reasonably priced round-trip ticket through United instead. I would caution others against using Priceline based on my distressing experience.

I want to bring to your attention an issue I experienced with a car reservation I made through the AA Advantage website with Budget Car Rental, not directly involving American Airlines. I traveled from Dallas, Texas to Denver, Colorado on September 21, [redacted], returning on September 24. I had reserved a "Premium" level car at a quoted price of $[redacted].31 for the rental period with unlimited mileage. Upon arrival at the Budget airport facility in Denver, I was upgraded to an SUV due to a shortage of Premium vehicles at no extra cost. I also pre-purchased a full tank of gas for approximately $68, making my total expected charges around $[redacted]. However, upon receiving my invoice via email, I was charged $1,[redacted].15, significantly more than what was quoted on the AA Advantage website. I have notified American Airlines Advantage about this discrepancy and believe a refund of approximately $[redacted] to my Mastercard account would be appropriate after reviewing the attached documentation. This discrepancy seems to be an accounting error that needs to be addressed promptly.
