Two weeks ago, I paid $27 for the God Great app. Yesterday after updating, I lost all my contacts, including the women I was interested in and those who messaged me. I feel frustrated that now the app is prompting me for more money. I spoke to another customer service representative who mentioned transferring me to another site for free or a dollar. I want my original account back with all my contacts restored. It's disappointing to have lost everything on the site that was important to me.

I have been trying on and off to contact Plenty of Fish, but the numbers I have don't seem to work, or it's a mailbox where I can't leave a message. I have been charged every three months for over two years even though I haven't used the service in about two years. I need to get a refund and stop these charges. I'm unsure where to seek help as I can't reach anyone by phone at [redacted]. The billing must stop, and I would like the charges to be refunded. It would be greatly appreciated if there was a way to speak with someone to resolve this issue. Thank you.

I've had to create yet another account since you didn't reach out via email for my side of the story. I will have my lawyer contact you as this is the fourth account I've had to create. It's disappointing that you only seem to side with women, neglecting men's perspectives. My daughter, who is just 21, even had to intervene. Expect to hear from my attorney soon. I am encountering an issue with accessing my Plenty of Fish dating site account. When attempting to log in or create a new account, I do not receive the password reset emails after multiple tries. I have unsuccessfully attempted to reset my password about 10 times and when trying to register a new account, I get locked out mid-process. I am unsure of how to proceed as I have tried all methods I am aware of without success. I am feeling extremely frustrated as this is hindering my ability to continue my search for a date. I signed up for Plenty of Fish (POF) in December [redacted] for a 2-month subscription but was charged for a 4-month subscription instead without authorization. Despite contacting POF immediately and numerous emails back and forth, the issue remains unresolved. The current situation involves a dispute with my Bank of America (BOA) credit card, as the incorrect charge of $84.72 needs to be addressed. POF requested that I change my email address to continue using the service, which I refuse to do. Now, BOA is asking for $41.02 to settle. Dealing with POF customer service has been difficult, requiring a significant amount of time and effort on my part to rectify the situation. I plan to contact BOA to resolve the bill received. I'm confused as to why my account was removed. I created it this morning, and previously, I had a similar issue where my account was deleted. I have multiple jobs, which make it challenging to respond to over 40 messages within 24 hours of creating my account on 2/1/22. Unfortunately, some users are becoming impatient and reporting me. I value honesty and have preferences; I prefer white, nerdy, and outdoorsy individuals. It's frustrating that I was engaging in conversations with these individuals and was open to meeting them in person if we clicked, but now that opportunity is lost. Please reactivate my account so I can share my phone number with them. I had to attend to my job with an ambulance, causing me to step away briefly, resulting in this situation. I hope to be able to use the account to build meaningful relationships.

I am concerned about a false report made against me by another user named CountryGirl_0923. She falsely claimed I was suicidal, which is untrue. I realized she had mental health issues after our interaction, and I chose not to pursue a relationship with her. She threatened to report me to have my account suspended so that I couldn't date anyone else. My account has been inactive for over five days now, and I request its reinstatement. Additionally, I would like to prevent that user and associated phone number from accessing my information in case of future incidents. I feel this user may create a new account to repeat this behavior. Action should be taken against her, as she may cause distress to other users.

I recently joined the Plentyoffish.com dating site using the free version. After about a week, I noticed the "Interested" count on the website indicating over 99+ people were interested in me. I decided to upgrade my account to a 3-month premium subscription for $60.00. Once I became a premium member, I found that the "Interested" count had drastically decreased to 25. This unexpected change has left me feeling frustrated and deceived. I am considering escalating my concerns to the BBB and am seeking either a refund or an extension of my subscription to 6 months for $90.00. It's disappointing to encounter this kind of discrepancy on the site.

I am encountering difficulty accessing my account due to login issues. Despite using valid email and username, the system no longer recognizes my credentials to view profiles. Occasionally, I succeed in logging in, but encounter navigation problems within the site. This dating site has been a disappointment. After purchasing a premium subscription, I encountered technical issues with the software not loading on my computer. The customer service offered did not resolve the problem, instead insisting on an additional subscription for technical support. It feels like a never-ending cycle of payments for subpar service. The pool of potential matches seems limited, and the constant push for more money to promote my profile is frustrating. It appears the focus is on extracting more money rather than genuinely helping users find matches. I have encountered many scammers on this platform and would appreciate a refund. I understand that you are aware of this issue, and I would like to see improved screening procedures in place. I feel frustrated by spending money on replies to scammers. I am disappointed with the $1 charge for additional help and the $50 monthly membership fee. I am considering filing a complaint with consumer affairs about this website. Even though I recognize that some profiles may not be genuine, the prevalence of scammers is concerning.

As a new subscriber, I set up a profile and interacted with some people, but encountered some who made me feel uncomfortable, prompting me to take my profile down briefly. When I reactivated it with a different account, one of the individuals I had previously spoken to found me and questioned my actions. Feeling unsafe, I explained my concerns. However, this person insisted on meeting for coffee, which I declined since we didn't know each other well. Subsequently, they accused me of being a spammer and reported me, resulting in my account being blocked. Within 24 hours, I encountered various inappropriate behaviors from other male users on the platform. Removing my profile was an attempt to avoid these situations. It seems unfair that my account was suspended without proper investigation, especially since I believe the individual who reported me was simply upset that I did not reciprocate their interest. I feel that their behavior warrants an account suspension, not mine. I hope for a fair resolution and a safer environment for all users on the platform.

I have encountered scammers on POF. One profile is now gone, and another is using different info but the same pictures. I have their phone numbers and texts. I tried to report this to Plenty of Fish, but the report didn't go through. I have a lot of information on these scammers and hope they will be removed. It's challenging to reach POF for help. I unfortunately sent money to one who claimed to be a doctor in the military in Yemen. I have more details to share about this.

Hello, I signed up for POF in February [redacted] as a non-paying member. A week later, I subscribed to a plan at $10 per month, renewing automatically. I canceled this automatic renewal in early March. However, I recently noticed a $[redacted].99 charge on my credit card statement for a year-long subscription, which I did not authorize. I only agreed to the $10 monthly plan. I have contacted my credit card company regarding this issue. Kindly cancel the $[redacted].99 charge as I only owe $10 for one month. I upgraded my subscription, but I am dissatisfied with the service provided. There are two main issues I would like to address. Firstly, I am receiving profiles of individuals who do not match my criteria, as I requested matches between the ages of 70 and 84 living within 50 miles of me. However, I am being matched with individuals much older, further away, and even from different countries. Secondly, I am unable to remove eliminated contacts from my list, causing unnecessary clutter. This experience has made my subscription and upgrades feel ineffective. I am hesitant to renew or purchase additional features like "tokens." The disregard for my preferences and lack of attention to detail are disappointing.

For the past month, I've been unable to login to my account on Plenty of Fish. Despite receiving notification emails about visits and messages from other members, every time I try to log in, I get redirected to a verification page asking for my mobile number to receive a verification code. However, each time I try, I get an error message saying "invalid number" even though my mobile number hasn't changed. I even tried creating a new profile with a different email address, but encountered the same issue when asked for my mobile number during registration - receiving the same "invalid number" error. I'm unable to complete the registration process even though I haven't changed my number!

I signed up for a six-month subscription, and after only four days, I met someone and hid my profile. Unfortunately, I am now unable to access my account despite trying various usernames and passwords, and even changing my password. Frustrated, I created a new profile and paid an additional $29 for a month because I couldn't see who liked me on the new profile. I can't access either of my profiles now, but I want to regain access to my original subscription as I had already paid for it. I also request assistance in getting a refund for the $29 paid for the second profile that I couldn't use.
