If you are an Apple customer, but you would like to return a product you have recently purchased and track your return, this guide could be beneficial for you.
You are a regular Apple customer because you have had good experiences with the company's products, and the prices are reasonable. However, you have recently purchased a product that you are unhappy with and need to return it via a tracked service. Fortunately, tracking your Apple return is possible and can be done via FedEx.
If you would like to find out how to track the status of your Apple return, follow these simple steps.
The first step to take when returning an Apple item is to visit the Apple website and log into your online account. To do so, navigate to the website homepage and scroll down to the bottom of the page. Locate the "Account" heading from the lower navigation bar and click on the "Apple Store Account" option.
Once you have been transferred to the login page, enter your Apple ID and password as instructed and select the arrow button to proceed.
If you have forgotten your Apple ID or the password associated with your account, click on the "Forgot Apple ID or Password" hyperlink under the login window. To recover your account, follow the onscreen instructions.
After logging into your account, you need to find and print your free Apple returns label.
To do so, visit the "Order Listing" page to view all of your recent orders. Select the order that you would like to return and click on the "Start a Return" link, which is located underneath your item.
Next, select the "Get Started" option and then click on the product from your order that you need to return. Then, click "Initiate Your Return."
You should then be transferred to the shipping label page. Click on the "Print Return Label" button. It is important to note that your computer must be connected to a printer in order to print your label.
Once you have printed your label, attach it to your package as instructed. Then, locate and visit your nearest FedEx store in order to return your item and track your return.
At the FedEx store, request a returns receipt and your tracking number.
To track your Apple return in real-time, visit the FedEx website and click on the "Tracking" tab in the main navigation bar, which you can find at the top of the homepage.
Then, enter your tracking number as instructed and click the orange "Track" button. You should now be able to view the status of your Apple return.
If you have followed these steps carefully, but you still cannot track your Apple return, you need to get in contact with the Apple customer service team.
You can find contact details for the Apple customer service team on the company website or the GetHuman Apple page.
GetHuman has been working for over 10 years on sourcing information about big organizations like Comcast in order to help customers resolve customer service issues faster. We started with contact information and fastest ways to reach a human at big companies. Particularly ones with slow or complicated IVR or phone menu systems. Or companies that have self-serve help forums instead of a customer service department. From there, we realized that consumers still needed more detailed help solving the most common problems, so we expanded to this set of guides, which grows every day. And if you spot any issues with our What do I do if my Xfinity TV or internet is out? guide, please let us know by sending us feedback. We want to be as helpful as possible. If you appreciated this guide, please share it with your favorite people. Our free information and tools is powered by you, the customer. The more people that use it, the better it gets.
