What is the return policy?

Best Medical Direct has a straightforward and customer-friendly return policy. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return the product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. The returned item must be in its original condition and packaging, with all accessories included. To initiate the return process, simply contact our customer support team with your order details. We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to send the product back to us. Once we receive the item and verify its condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and any return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
