If you're a member of Boeing Employees Credit Union, ordering or reordering checks is an easy convenient process. Fortunately, BECU provides a few different ways that members can order checks when they run out. BECU offers different options, both on and offline, to make ordering checks easy and convenient.
Call BECU Customer Service
Members can conveniently call BECU customer service and order checks. A customer service representative will access your account information, get details regarding the design or type of checks you want to order, and what information you want to appear on your checks, and place your order.
Visit a BECU Location
Members can visit a BECU location and place an order for checks with a bank representative. A representative will look up your account information, ask questions regarding check design as well as what you want to appear on your checks, and place the order for you. You will also be informed of when you can expect your checks to arrive.
Go Online
You can also visit BECU online and order checks. Log into your account and request new checks. You will be required to answer questions regarding check design and how you want your checks to appear. You will also need to decide what information should be on your checks. You can use secure messaging through online banking to place your order. Once you log in and navigate to account services, there's an option to reorder checks. You can access secure messaging by going online to access your account or by using the mobile app.
Personal Information Changes and Requests form
Members can order checks by filling out a Personal Information Changes and Requests form. This form is designed to capture and update any changes to a members account. This form is also used to make requests for ordering checks. Members can go online and fill out this form. Once this form has been completed, members have a few different options when it comes to returning it. Members can conveniently fax this document or take this form to any BECU location and turn it in. Mailing the form is also an option as well.
GetHuman has been working for over 10 years on sourcing information about big organizations like Comcast in order to help customers resolve customer service issues faster. We started with contact information and fastest ways to reach a human at big companies. Particularly ones with slow or complicated IVR or phone menu systems. Or companies that have self-serve help forums instead of a customer service department. From there, we realized that consumers still needed more detailed help solving the most common problems, so we expanded to this set of guides, which grows every day. And if you spot any issues with our What do I do if my Xfinity TV or internet is out? guide, please let us know by sending us feedback. We want to be as helpful as possible. If you appreciated this guide, please share it with your favorite people. Our free information and tools is powered by you, the customer. The more people that use it, the better it gets.
After helping consumers for 10 years, we realized that you need an impartial, live person you can talk to about comparing the various TV, cable, Internet and phone plans in your area- somebody who can compare the best deals across telecom providers. So we created a free concierge service you can call at the phone number below.
