What is the process for exchanging an item?

To exchange an item from Joss & Main, simply contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order. Provide the order number and details of the item you wish to exchange. Our team will assist you with processing the return and shipping out the new item. The new item will be sent to you once the original item is received and inspected at our warehouse. Please note that certain items may not be eligible for exchange, so be sure to check our return policy for more information. We strive to make the exchange process as seamless and convenient as possible for our customers.
