Checking With Kroger
When your Kroger USPS delivery goes missing or items are missing from your total order, Kroger advises customers to call the customer support line here to submit a claim for a lost item or lost order. The information you will need to provide when you call includes the following:
- Your full name
- Delivery address
- Date the order was placed
- Account number
Kroger also recommends you check thoroughly around your home to ensure the postal worker didn't place it at a neighbor's home or somewhere around your home other than your front door. You can also check with other members of the household to make sure they didn't already bring the items inside. If you cannot find the order and Kroger cannot locate it, you can also reach out to the USPS.
Reaching Out to USPS
When your Kroger delivery by USPS is missing, you can do the following to try to locate it:
- Go to the USPS website on your computer or mobile device and enter the tracking number you were provided in your shipment email.
- If the item is still showing it was delivered, but you cannot locate it, scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the Help link.
- Click on "Where's My Package" under the heading labeled "Missing, Late, or Damaged Packages."
- Select the link provided on the page to submit a claim via email. USPS will respond to the claim request in up to three business days.
- USPS will attempt to locate your delivery; however, if it is unsuccessful, you may be directed to reach back out to Kroger or file a police report for a potentially stolen package.
