Our return policy at Maxandchloe.com allows customers to return any unworn and undamaged items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. To initiate a return, customers can reach out to our customer service team and provide their order details. Once the return is approved, customers will receive a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number along with instructions on how to ship the item back to us. Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or defective. Once we receive the returned item, it will go through a quality check, and the refund or exchange will be processed within 7 business days. We strive to provide a hassle-free return experience for our valued customers.
