How Do I Recover My Username and Password for Payoneer?

Payoneer is a financial services company that offers online payment and money transfer services. It's one of the most popular alternatives to PayPal. If you have a Payoneer account and cannot log in because you are unable to remember your username and/or password, read on to learn how to recover them.

Recovering Your Username

Your Payoneer username is the email address you used to sign up for Payoneer's service. If you have multiple email accounts and cannot remember which one you used, simply try all of them. If this does not work for some reason, then contact Payoneer's customer support service for help.

Recovering Your Password

If you can't remember your password, then you can reset it pretty easily by following these steps:

  1. Go to Payoneer's sign-in page.
  2. Click on the Forgot Password link.
  3. Enter your username in the text field provided.
  4. Enter your phone number in the text field provided. You will be sent a text message with an authentication code.
  5. Enter the authentication code you received in the text field provided.
  6. Enter your new password.

Didn't Get the Text?

If you think the missed text was just a mistake, simply repeat the process above to have Payoneer send the code again. If you want to have the code sent by email instead, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Payoneer's sign-in page.
  2. Click on the Forgot Password link.
  3. Click on Reset Using Email.
  4. Enter your username. You will be sent an authentication code via email.
  5. Enter the authentication code you received.
  6. Enter your new password.

If you are having a difficult time recovering your username or password, contact Payoneer's customer support service. Chat, help desk, email and phone options are available.

Why does GetHuman Write How-to Guides for Payoneer Problems?

GetHuman has been working for over 10 years on sourcing information about big organizations like Comcast in order to help customers resolve customer service issues faster. We started with contact information and fastest ways to reach a human at big companies. Particularly ones with slow or complicated IVR or phone menu systems. Or companies that have self-serve help forums instead of a customer service department. From there, we realized that consumers still needed more detailed help solving the most common problems, so we expanded to this set of guides, which grows every day. And if you spot any issues with our What do I do if my Xfinity TV or internet is out? guide, please let us know by sending us feedback. We want to be as helpful as possible. If you appreciated this guide, please share it with your favorite people. Our free information and tools is powered by you, the customer. The more people that use it, the better it gets.
