Once you're in the device section, you need to tap on your current plan and the Arrow Icon located on the right side of your phone number. You will be able to view your plan this way.

If you're planning to downgrade your Verizon Wireless package, simply select the new plan and tap Continue Without Perks. Or, if you wish to purchase add-ons, feel free to go to the perks section.
You will have the option to choose Today, This Bill, and Next Bill. Just tap Next and don't forget to confirm the downgrade.
