Tracking a package ensures that your delivery gets where it needs to be. If you have an iYogi package and are wondering how to track your order, you'll need the tracking number that iYogi will send you. Here's what you need to know about tracking your iYogi package.
You can find the iYogi tracking number on the label of your package. Another way to receive your tracking number is by email. Once you have received an email with the tracking number, click on the link iYogi provides in that email. This will take you to a page where you can see real-time information about your package's location.
To track your iYogi package, log in to the iYogi account. From there, you can view the status of your package and find out if iYogi has delivered it or not.
Next, enter your order number and zip code. You'll find order number information in the confirmation email that iYogi sent you after you placed your order.
Enter the tracking number in the box on their website. If you are having trouble finding this box, click on Track Order at the top of the page and then click on View Order Status.
Once you have clicked on View Order Status, there will be a small window with three tabs: one for tracking, one to check if the courier has delivered your package, and one to view information about your shipment. Click on Track Order and enter your tracking number in the text box.
To see the current status of your package, click Track My Package. You will see a page that shows your package route and its current status. The tracker page also has a live map with your package route.
If you still cannot find your package, contact Yogi's Customer Support. Ask for the tracking number and see if it can tell you which carrier it used to ship your package.
GetHuman has been working for over 10 years on sourcing information about big organizations like Comcast in order to help customers resolve customer service issues faster. We started with contact information and fastest ways to reach a human at big companies. Particularly ones with slow or complicated IVR or phone menu systems. Or companies that have self-serve help forums instead of a customer service department. From there, we realized that consumers still needed more detailed help solving the most common problems, so we expanded to this set of guides, which grows every day. And if you spot any issues with our What do I do if my Xfinity TV or internet is out? guide, please let us know by sending us feedback. We want to be as helpful as possible. If you appreciated this guide, please share it with your favorite people. Our free information and tools is powered by you, the customer. The more people that use it, the better it gets.
After helping consumers for 10 years, we realized that you need an impartial, live person you can talk to about comparing the various TV, cable, Internet and phone plans in your area- somebody who can compare the best deals across telecom providers. So we created a free concierge service you can call at the phone number below.
