I ordered two Microsoft Office Professional **** programs for two computers at $** each. I had difficulty redeeming the product so I asked for chat help. I was connected to a person from another planet who had absolutely no communication skills and does not belong in customer service. I was asked to open another account with another email which I did. Then I was told that the products could not be transferred to the new account so I had no idea why I was asked to do this. I then said I will re-order on the new account, but first I would like an email confirmation that a credit has processed on the old account. I was told to check my credit card ini ** hours. I said that is fine, but in the mean time I needed an email confirmation that the credit is in progress so I can re-order on the new account. I was then told to check my credit card in ** hours. We went back and forth as I continued to talk to this wall. I got nowhere, and gave up. I am asking that a credit in the amount of $** be processed on my account *****@***.com, and that I get an email confirmation so I can order on the new account *****@***.com.
