to pay my account and review my profile(update) ... I was attempting to pay my AT&T wireless bill, and the payment page did not look authentic and kept asking for information. I went to the "profile" page and shocked to see that fecord was showing account under my landline number( which suposed is under Xfinity. And had my secondary number as a different number from what it really is. Can't get anyone on the phone tried chat, which of course is robtic. Strange but usually I can go to the "How to.... and there is a drop down box to choose options. Suddenly I can't get that on my PC or mobile. I waited a couple days but it still happening. Also, before GEThuman directs, when they send me a code and I put it in has sent it tells me that that is an incorrect code. So I have no further way of communicating.
This is very alarming to see information totally incorrect and not be able to correct it and wondering who put such data in my profile page.
I want a WRITTEN explanation as to why my account has misinformation including wrong assigned mobile phone, and account to indicate what is correct, that I am paying for a correct line ending in **** and not ****!!
I've only been an AT&T customer for about * *** years, but I have always paid my monthly installments, and paid for my phone on installments that were correct and on time.
short of tryng to get an answer online or phone there is nothing else to do.
