I lost service for over a week which cost me over $**,*** in work which cost my girlfriend $**** in work when I called to address the issue your customer service people had me on hold for over an hour and a half they would not transfer me to a supervisor they transferred me to his other languages they transferred me all over the place when I finally did speak to a supervisor he was making a mockery of my situation and thinking I’m so stupid that I’m just gonna buy it. I will contact media I will contact the Better Business Bureau I will contact whoever it takes to make this right he offered me $** towards my bill which is a joke seems how I lost a lot of money because your service was out I asked for a simple conversation and he basically slap me in the face with his offer I am loyal customer I am a paying customer and I feel that I’ve been disrespected in several different ways by your people and I would hope that corporate would take this seriously so I’m going to give AT&T one chance to make this right before I contact
