AT&T needs to honor my purchase and accept my phone for the trade in and reflect the billing to show I am financing only $*** for this purchase .

Trying to get the purchase if the iPhone for the cost that was quoted to me three times my the sales person whom I spoke to three times in person in the store! ... I went to the AT&T store in Alton Il on ******* with a problem with my phone . The tech fixed the phone and I then asked how what a new phone would cost. He said the iPhones were coming out and it would be $*** but I would receive $*** for my phone. We talked about and then I went back * hours later and we discussed it again and he told me it would be $*** and I would get a $*** credit for my phone. He knew what phone I had and would be trading in. I said ok, I want to buy the new iPhone **. He told me I would have to come back the next day because presales did not start till ****. I went back in on **** and again we reviewed that the phone would be $*** and I would get $*** for trading in my phone so I ordered the phone. When I got in my car I say that it showed financing for $*** and an installment plan set up for that amount. I went back in and talked with the representative and he said when I turn my phone in that would apply the credit for the trade in and recalculate the premiums. **I got my phone in the mail on Friday,Sept ** and took it in to be set up. I am on my brother-in-law’s plan and he had ordered two phones which were to be delivered on the **th also. The representative attempted to set the phone and said it was not doing it and said she thought it was because the other two phones had not been activated yet and told me to come back tomorrow. So I said that would be fine. When I got home I tried to call my sister and brother-in-law both on their cell phones and the calls would not go through. I finally called their daughter and told her what I had been told and that I was afraid that they did not have service because of that. She had also been trying to reach them to be sure they had gotten home from her house ok. With no other way to reach them they drove an hour to be sure they were safe. **So, today (Saturday - ***) I went back to AT&T To have my phone set up and they transferred all my information and I told him I was trading in my phone. After a few minutes he told me my phone was not eligible. I told them the rep that took the order told me it was and they stood firm that I would not receive the phone return credit. I left the store with the new phone and my old phone. After leaving the store I went on a short errand and then try to make a call. I tried several numbers several times and all the calls failed!!! I went back to AT&T and told them if the problem and after a long wait they put in a new sims card. I was at AT&T for about * hours today and I AM NOT A BIT HAPPY. I feel AT&T is not standing behind the promise of the cost snd trade in that I was promised st the time of the sale. There was never a mention that my phone would not qualify for the trade in. In addition to that my sister snd brother-in-law were cut off of service causing concern and requiring a * hour round trip to check on them. Also, the amount of time I have spent in the store to purchase and get my new phone set up. And then that the phone did not work when I left the store!! I did not feel the representatives acknowledged that the sale was misrepresented to me and was costing twice as much as had been discussed at three different times with the sales representative.
I now owe twice the amount that was promised to me at the time of the sale at the AT&T store.
Accept my phone as a trade in and reflect this on my billing.
