Cumulative bill needs adjusting to reflect level of service received for internet-free landline. AT&T sent no bill since April. We called TWICE to get this cleared up and we got no call back as told we would. The phone was inoperative for * months. Unreasonable hold times made it very difficult to request service. Finally got the issue fixed which on on AT&T's end. Now have *finally* sent a cumulative bill of $***.** which needs to be brought into alignment with reality.
