I am a new customer for internet and tv. I have been hooked up to tv but my tv is being streamed from comcast internet. I have cable laying in my yard and was told by the tech that someone else had to do something to make a connection before they could hook up to AT&T internet. The tech said a request had been put in for that but texts from AT&T say that service has been completed and it has not.
