We booked last minute through Agoda because we needed a pet friendly room. Agoda advertised the Travelodge in Lander as pet friendly, but it only has pet friendly rooms. We got there to check in and all the pet friendly rooms were all taken so they would not let us stay there. We had to find a different hotel. The concierge said it is a miscommunication between parties and we must contact you for refund.
