Dear Sir or Madam, Booking Reference No: M[redacted]9 I did not receive the room at BR Hotel with booking number: [redacted]57 as it was fully booked. Likewise, I did not receive the room at Baan der Bruyn 1 Hotel with booking number: [redacted]17, as it was also fully booked. I would like a refund for the charges incurred for these rooms. I had to unnecessarily travel to multiple hotels via taxi, incurring significant costs. Best regards, J.D.

Good morning, I made several bookings on Agoda to benefit from the "cashback" discount. I want to express my disappointment that none of them have been approved yet. All bookings have been paid for and the stays have been completed. I'm wondering if it's possible that if I don't show up, the property should be notified immediately so the cost can be deducted. I personally feel like this cashback offer is currently a big scam, and if I don't receive the accumulated money, I will report it on every social platform and through every means. Thank you.

Good morning, I have made several bookings on Agoda to take advantage of the "cashback" discount. I wanted to express my disappointment that none of them have been approved yet. All the bookings have been paid for and the stay has been completed. If I don't show up, they ask that I notify the property immediately so the cost can be deducted, and if I do show up, no one confirms with you. Personally, this cashback currently seems like a big scam to me. If it turns out that I won't receive the accumulated money, I will report it on every social platform and through every means. I made a reservation at Extended Stay in San Dimas, CA. Upon arrival, they refused to rent me a room despite my payment. I did not cancel, but they did not accommodate me. I was charged an additional $[redacted] on top of the $80 fee, which I find confusing and unfair. Can you please explain these charges to me? Thank you.

Regarding Booking No. [redacted]31 at The Langham in Pasadena, I wanted to inform you that due to personal reasons and a sudden change in our schedule, we requested to shorten our stay from Friday, Dec. 2nd to Saturday, Dec. 3rd. The hotel kindly agreed to our request without any additional charges and mentioned that they have contacted Agoda to process a refund for the days from Dec. 3rd to Dec. 7th. I kindly ask you to review your communication with The Langham regarding this booking number.

I encountered issues during my stay at the LaQuinta in Columbia, MO, despite having my payment clear and receiving confirmation. The staff member I spoke with was confrontational, mentioning her experience in the industry and threatening to involve the police. Additionally, there were restrictions regarding guests and a lack of flexibility on who could stay in the suite. This ultimately made me uncomfortable, prompting me to check out early and find another hotel. I was left feeling disrespected and I am now seeking a refund or voucher for the inconvenience.

I had made a booking at The Redan Inn in Radstock, Somerset for October 29th, [redacted], which I unfortunately had to cancel due to Covid on October 27th. The hotel was informed and agreed to refund the payment. However, since then, I have been struggling to resolve the issue as Agoda claims they have not received the money and the hotel says they were not paid, as per the information they received from Agoda, showing no 'Card' option. This situation would have required me to repay upon arrival as they haven't received any payment details to process the refund. The booking was originally made through Booking.com, which then went through Agoda without my knowledge. Despite my efforts to contact both Agoda and Booking.com, as well as the hotel multiple times, I have been caught in a loop of back-and-forth communication. I kindly request for Booking.com to share all booking details with me so we can trace the funds and resolve this issue promptly. It's frustrating that these large companies have complex procedures that make it difficult for customers to get their money back, leaving us feeling overwhelmed with their explanations and delays.

I made a reservation at Albatros Ocean View for 9 nights from 04.12 to 13.12.[redacted]. My wife has an urgent situation due to an ectopic pregnancy, requiring us to return to Switzerland. Despite my attempts to contact your services via email since the day before yesterday, I have not received a response. The hotel manager has offered a partial refund but is awaiting your decision. We may need to delay our trip to 07.12.[redacted], which poses risks. If we don't receive a positive response by tomorrow, our only recourse will be online communication. I am disappointed as I frequently use your platform for hotel bookings.

I have an Agoda Booking with ID [redacted]24 for my friend M. S. Tampoe with a check-in on November 18, [redacted]. The hotel did not accept the Agoda voucher upon arrival, claiming they have not recognized Agoda bookings for over a year. We managed to make a new reservation. Despite informing Agoda through chat on November 21st and multiple follow-ups, no refund has been issued after two weeks. As a loyal member for 15 years under PLATINUM status, I expect a prompt refund for a booking made at a hotel that doesn't honor Agoda reservations. I am disappointed with the lack of resolution and acknowledgement of my complaint by Agoda's customer service. Hello I made a booking for December 3rd to 4th, [redacted], at an Elegant 2-bed apartment near Gautrain Centurion. Unfortunately, the owner notified me on the day of check-in that the place had been vandalized. I had already paid the total amount of $[redacted]. However, he is now insisting on deducting commission and bank charges before refunding me. I believe I should receive a full refund as I was inconvenienced through no fault of my own. Despite my urgency, he did not provide an alternative venue. He should be pursuing the vandals for compensation, not deducting from my refund. Hi, my name is Mary Jane Benito Suministrado. I made a booking yesterday for Mark Ryan Dumlao, but received an email stating that the dates are not available. Even though I don't have an account and didn't sign up, I managed to make a payment using my credit card. Php 15,[redacted].05 was charged to my credit card. We attempted to check the status of the booking, but the ID provided is invalid. How can I go about getting a refund?

Hello! Just so you know: The host at Hu Yen Tram Guesthouse in Dóng Ván asked me (after I paid cash, as he requested) to "cancel the room I booked to get a better room." Communication was difficult, and he was very insistent yet accommodating, telling us we were "special guests." I followed his instructions since I had paid and was guaranteed a room. I found it odd but was tired after a full day on demanding motorcycle roads, so I didn't pursue it further. When I was lying in bed later that evening, I wondered if he simply took advantage of the situation? Should I do something about it or just let it go? (I asked him to repeat and recorded what he said after our initial disagreement, just to be safe, even though I barely understood his few English words.) Best Regards, Evy F.

I made a reservation at 'The Curzon Court' in Bangalore on December 8th using the email address [redacted] My phone number is [redacted]. The problem arose when I arrived at the hotel and was asked to pay an additional [redacted] rupees on top of the [redacted] rupees I had already paid through the Agoda app. The hotel claimed Agoda had not transferred the correct amount to them. It was 9:30 PM, and I had no alternative accommodation at that late hour. This was a distressing situation, and I am requesting a refund for the extra amount I was charged. Additionally, I believe some form of compensation is warranted for the inconvenience and stress this situation has caused me.

I checked into my 12-night room booked through Agoda. The room I received was lacking amenities like a TV, tea/coffee, jug, shower, and refrigerator. Despite my complaint, no action was taken. After moving to a different room, I want a full refund for Booking ID [redacted]77 and Reference ID [redacted]. As a loyal customer, I expect a quick resolution. The discrepancy between the actual room and the advertised features has left me greatly distressed and disappointed.

Hello, I recently downloaded the Agoda app on my new phone. However, it has created a new account for me and I can't see my existing bookings. I changed my email a while back from [redacted] (which I can't access anymore) to [redacted] The app doesn't recognize either my old or new email to access my 2 upcoming bookings for next year. How can I view my bookings now?

Hello, I recently made a booking at the Hard Rock Penang hotel on Agoda. During the payment process, I opted to use the Atome application to split the payment into three installments. The first payment was successful as my credit card was charged. However, I have not yet received a confirmation or booking ID from Agoda. I reached out to Atome, and they confirmed that my payment went through. I'm unsure where I should direct my query since Agoda does not offer live chat or a customer service phone number. Hello, my husband and I are currently staying at Mali Resort Pattaya Beach Koh Lipe Hotel booked through Agoda in Thailand. Our reservation number is ID [redacted]97 for the dates December 8 to December 22. We are experiencing issues with the construction noise in front of our room as they are working on the roof and causing disturbances. When we raised this concern to the manager, they only offered a refund, which is not an ideal solution for us as we prefer not to relocate to another hotel. We believe that some form of compensation is appropriate for the inconvenience we are facing during our stay booked through Agoda.
