Need to cancel a reservation made within the last ** hrs, in hopes of getting a refund. Website has contradictory information - says I may not be eligible for a full refund due to the fare type - and when I follow links it only gives me option of getting voucher or enhanced reward miles. But elsewhere it says all reservations cancelled within first ** hours get a refund. Yet I was never given this option.
