The issue in GetHuman-casalaga's own words
We have guests arriving on **.** and apparently their credit card that they used to pay AirBnb has been blocked due to it being used by someone else. What happens to their payment that they have paid you? The guest has tried to phone AirBnb and give them a new number but no luck. Don’t you already have the payment? Their booking number is HMB*NTZ**C
GetHuman-casalaga did not yet indicate what AirBnB should do to make this right.
