Good morning. Yesterday, I canceled my apartment reservation on Airbnb. After receiving the refund confirmation for December 2, I noticed issues when trying to access the apartment again. Despite encountering an error message instructing me to contact customer service, the refund information for December 2 is now missing. I tried calling +[redacted]2, but the answering machine did not resolve my concern as expected. Despite being promised a call back within 45 minutes, I have not received one yet. Hello, I inquired about booking the Deer Hill Studio Suite - Self Contained last night. I messaged the host but did not confirm the booking. This morning, I received a confirmation email from Airbnb and noticed a pending charge on my PayPal account without authorization. I canceled the PayPal transaction as I had not confirmed the booking. The host was understanding and I decided to proceed with the booking through her without involving Airbnb. The host has not received a cancellation request, so I am willing to proceed with the payment, but I prefer not to use PayPal. I would like to choose the payment method myself. Best, Linda J.

I have contacted customer support, but no action has been taken. It is perplexing that while my current guest, Brian, a disabled individual, is extending their stay and expressing satisfaction, my Airbnb listing is under scrutiny. I am requesting a comprehensive explanation for the impending closure of my Airbnb account. I also require contact information for a supervisor or manager so I may address this unjust situation. Airbnb has failed to investigate properly, despite guests causing emotional and sexual distress. I intend to seek legal counsel and need a detailed report for my case. Although we did not disclose it before, our Airbnb space is maintained meticulously, receiving positive reviews for cleanliness and our attentive hosting. The negative feedback on the twin room since its introduction has put a strain on our account; the queen room, however, has been trouble-free. We want Airbnb to recognize our commitment to providing a safe, affordable, and welcoming environment. Our priority is guest satisfaction, as exemplified by Brian's positive experience. I booked a stay in Chennai, India on the AirBnB website today for December 7th to December 13th, paying INR 16,[redacted].62. While my payment went through and was debited from my bank account, I did not receive a booking confirmation from AirBnB. I have not received any email or SMS confirmation. Hello, I do not speak English, only French or German... I wanted to rent an apartment in Berlin: the lady said she would be living in Spain: she would then rent the apartment long term through Airbnb, I should pay a deposit to Airbnb before the viewing. Hello, I am K. Sharkawy, an Airbnb host at [redacted] Waterford Drive. Recently, a guest asked to extend their stay by a day on short notice, which I couldn't accommodate. The guest threatened a negative review if I didn't refund them. After reaching out to Airbnb, I was advised that I could decline the request and that they would handle any unfair reviews. However, I received conflicting responses from different agents. I am seeking a resolution as January is approaching. The guest's review violates Airbnb policy as they falsely claimed I tampered with the hot tub, tied their review to payment, and reported false damages.

I recently encountered an issue with my AirBnB listing account being blocked. I initially struggled with how to list my apartment with 2 floors and 6 bedrooms, leading me to create two separate listings; one for the ground floor with 3 bedrooms (entire place) and the other for the first floor with 3 bedrooms (private rooms) to avoid confusion. Our AirBnB host recently posted a review claiming that we left the property in a terrible state. The review, however, was provided based on second-hand information, as the host did not physically witness the condition of the home. This inaccurate review could harm my rental opportunities in the future. I am looking to have the review removed from the site due to its unfairness and its potential impact on my reputation.

I recently made a reservation for a shared room, but due to personal health reasons, I had to cancel immediately after booking. The host contacted me and assured me over the phone that he was okay with the cancellation and would issue a refund within two days. Unfortunately, I don't have any evidence of this conversation. I noticed that your policies state even under a strict policy, a full refund is applicable if the booking is canceled within 48 hours. Since I canceled right after booking, providing substantial notice and having little impact on the host, I believe I qualify for a refund. However, without any proof of the host's promise, I am concerned about the possibility of being scammed. I'd appreciate any advice on how to handle this situation.

After working flawlessly for 2 years, Airbnb unexpectedly changed my payout method without explanation in September. I've repeatedly re-entered my bank details to no avail. Resorting to using Paypal added extra fees, which is frustrating. Despite numerous attempts to resolve this through messages and calls, I haven't received a satisfactory explanation or a solution to prevent future occurrences. I'm seeking assistance from a higher-ranking manager, but only seem to reach a call center with no resolution in sight. I urgently require proof of payouts from August [redacted], including the swift number and bank name. Furthermore, I would like to know the name and address of the individual in charge of customer service.

I am having trouble resetting my password. The phone number associated with my account seems to be correct ([redacted]), but when reaching out to customer service, my phone number was not recognized. My previous phone number is ([redacted]). I am stuck in a cycle trying to reset my password. After receiving a text code on my current phone, I input it but end up back at the password reset page or get an error saying the link is expired. As a former host, I continue to receive bookings for rooms that have been closed since March [redacted]. As I'm in a different country, I can't access the email account linked to my Airbnb profile and resetting the password is not an option. Despite informing Airbnb multiple times, I keep getting bookings, like the recent one for Dec 29. I've decided to let guests show up and report the issue to Airbnb. I've screenshot this as evidence for future reference. I want to clarify that OassSuites at gmail.com is inaccessible for me. An alternative email is available. The property is currently closed and up for sale, with no plans to reopen. Dealing with this problem has been frustrating and time-consuming.

I need to cancel and receive a refund for two reservations I have. My boyfriend made a reservation for Miami from December 21 to 25, [redacted], and then for New York from December 25 to January 6, [redacted]. Due to his duties in the French Navy, he is currently on a mission in Africa and has just been informed that he will only be available on December 21st instead of December 10th. Therefore, we need to adjust our flight tickets and Airbnb bookings accordingly.

I have a tenant in my house located at 9 Victoria Street, Caledon, [redacted], Western Cape, South Africa who is running a guest house (Three Oaks Bed & Breakfast) as if he were the owner. He has been there for nearly 3 years without paying any rent, using the excuse of the COVID-19 pandemic. This situation is fraudulent as he was also suspended as an attorney from the Western Cape Law Society. I am currently instructing the local municipality to cancel all services to the property. They have even opened accounts falsely representing themselves as the owners. I can provide proof of all these claims. Please take action to stop his platform immediately and prevent any further embarrassment for your client. I recently added a new Airbnb apartment in Bermuda, so now I have two listings. A guest booked my new listing titled "Stunning Two Bedroom with Private Dock near Golf" with the confirmation code HMHHQP8S5S. I received a message informing me that Airbnb couldn't process my payment and requested that I update my payment information. When I checked, the payment method utilized was for my other listing named "Charming Two Bedroom Cottage with Golf Course View." I'm unsure why my new payment method wasn't used. The bank account for the old payment method has been closed. Since I am in Bermuda, it's challenging to fill out the payment form as it involves a USA and Bermuda bank. It's challenging to input all the required information accurately. I prefer a phone call to provide my banking details.
