Thanks to AirBnB’s representative, Kristopher he was able to help me resolve and get a refund from the host, We we’re in the middle of a hurricane and had very little cell service and no internet. It was difficult to communicate. I’m very thankful for his help in resolving this matter.

Cancel a reservation with a deposit refunded. We were in the middle of a hurricane with no power, very little cell phone service and no internet. The communication was difficult under these circumstances. But Kristopher contacted the host and followed up and was able to get me a full refund. Thank you! ... We booked a condo through air B and B. Our property number is *******ha. Our dates are Oct-**-**. We put down a deposit. We just found out our dog has cancer and her time frame is approximately * weeks. We need to cancel our reservation and get a refund. Thank you!
