I placed an order with the number ORDER # [redacted]-[redacted] last Wednesday, with a delivery scheduled for Saturday by 10 pm. As of 8:30 pm, the items have not shipped yet, although they are needed as a gift by Saturday. I tried to cancel the order with Amazon, but they are not allowing me to do so. Earlier today, I communicated with their bot via text, and despite them acknowledging that the order is still at the fulfillment center and has not been shipped, they suggested placing the order again instead of canceling it. I am eager to cancel the order.

I'm having difficulty signing in. I've attempted all the passwords provided by Amazon, but I'm unable to access my account. It seems there may be an issue with updated information required on my end. My name is Gary Thomas, and I'm seeking assistance in resolving this login problem. It appears I may no longer be in the system or need to register as a new customer. Please advise on how to regain access to my account. Thank you and God bless. - Gary Thomas.

I placed an order for the Jaipurcraft Hookah on 06-05-[redacted] and it was delivered to me on 07-05-[redacted]. However, upon opening the package, I noticed that several parts were missing such as the chillum, 10 hookah discs, flavour, charcoal, and chimta. Additionally, the quality is very poor as the pipe is leaking and made of plastic instead of iron. I tried to return the item, but the delivery person asked me to contact the service center for assistance. I am very disappointed with the service provided by Amazon and I kindly request a refund for the incomplete and low-quality product.

Today, I purchased a new SIM card from Airtel with the number +[redacted]62. When I tried to set up a new Amazon account, I received a message saying that the number is already registered. It seems like the previous owner of this SIM hasn't closed their account yet. I kindly request the authorities to close the old account associated with this number so that I can create a new one. I am eager to enjoy the Amazon Prime content and can't wait to start watching it. Thank you for your assistance.

I purchased two $50.00 gift cards, but when I tried to redeem them, the pins were already used. This has happened before with a contest prize from work where I received a different store's gift card instead of Amazon. It's frustrating because I work for a high-security company, and I suspect the gift cards I bought were tampered with. I've reached out to customer service with receipts and card copies, but they couldn't assist me. The $[redacted] is significant to me, and I just want what's rightfully mine back in my account. It's about principle and fair treatment.

I'm having trouble getting in touch with you. It has taken quite a long time. There seem to be issues with the phone numbers provided for contact. As a loyal customer, I expect better service. This is a common problem with many companies these days. My main issue is with the new security procedures. Initially, I received an SMS with a code, but now, like many others, I only receive a link. This poses a problem for the approximately 15% of the population that doesn't have a smartphone. Unfortunately, due to these challenges, I will no longer be making purchases from your company. Best regards, A.L. Bay

I have two Amazon accounts, a "Business" account under the email: [redacted], and a "Customer/Buyer" account under [redacted] About 10 days ago, my customer/buyer account was blocked, asking me to approve a notification sent to a mobile number ending in **54. The message instructed me to tap on a web address using my old flip phone. Despite explaining this via texts, emails, and a phone call, I faced language barriers and the assumption that everyone has a smartphone. I am unable to access my account to either cancel it and receive my remaining Prime dues or merge it with my "business" account. I am seeking suggestions to resolve this issue. -M.A.

I had a frustrating experience with the customer service representative during the chat. Despite providing the tracking number 1ZW[redacted][redacted] that indicates my items were returned and delivered on April 4 at 10:00 am to Shepherdsville, KY, weighing 0.80 lbs via UPS, I was instructed to send the receipt. I have not received a refund for the returned items, and this has become a recurring issue, as it is now the seventh time I have had to deal with this situation. I still have additional items awaiting credit. I am increasingly disappointed with Amazon's handling of these matters.

In March [redacted], we ordered compression socks but received the wrong strength. We requested RMAs and returned the items on 4/3/21. Amazon issued a refund, but on 5/8/21, they claimed the items were not returned, threatening a recharge by 5/18/21. However, the website confirms the delivery on 4/6/21, three days post-return. We have documentation to support these facts. We urge Amazon to acknowledge receiving the items and retract their threats to resolve the situation.

Since April 29th, [redacted], I have been unable to receive any OTPs from Amazon.in on my registered mobile phone number 91-[redacted]. This issue has made it impossible for me to access my Amazon account. Despite sending various email messages and contacting customer care at their toll-free number [redacted]93, the problem remains unresolved. I have repeatedly explained that receiving password links via email is not helpful as OTPs are needed on my mobile phone to generate a password. My mobile phone service provider has confirmed that there are no issues on their end, suggesting that the problem lies with Amazon.in. As a result of multiple attempts to request OTP resending and entering the wrong password, my mobile phone has likely been blocked or locked, complicating the situation further.

I purchased the TUPPERWARE INSPIRE SERIES S S FRY PAN for [redacted]/- and made the payment with my credit card. The order number is [redacted]-[redacted]. To my surprise, I received Two 110ml freezermate Tupperware plastic boxes valued at a maximum of Rs200 instead of the fry pan. I followed the instructions of the online chat representative and prepared the return with the pin number [redacted]. However, the delivery person who came today at 7 PM opened the package and declined to take it back. Initially, I hesitated to accept the package yesterday but was assured that the fry pan would be delivered separately, and the boxes were just a gift. As I never received the fry pan I ordered, I now wish to cancel the order and request a full refund promptly. Please address this issue swiftly.

I opened an Amazon account from Chile and made purchases worth [redacted] euros to set up a home studio for music recording. Unfortunately, my account was suspended two days later for no clear reason. I provided photos of my credit card information, phone number, name, address, and more, but I have yet to receive a response in the last 48 hours. When I try to log in, I see a message saying further information is required, but I am unsure of the next steps as no one has reached out. It has now been 8 days since my account was suspended unfairly, and despite providing all requested details, there has been no resolution or communication from Amazon.

I purchased some foldable storage bins for my grandkids' playroom back in February. We had to delay setting up the room due to a family member contracting COVID. When we finally assembled it, I discovered multiple issues with the bins. Instead of the six-pack I ordered, I only received four bins. Furthermore, the bins were damaged; one had the bottom ripped out and all of them were missing fabric with the cardboard exposed. I am a frequent Amazon shopper, but I have never received such poor quality items before. Unfortunately, I missed the return window as I waited to open the box. Since I did not receive the correct number of bins and they are unusable, I am requesting a refund or replacement. Can someone guide me on the necessary steps to resolve this issue?

Amazon Order #[redacted]-[redacted] On May 5, [redacted], I placed an order for 3 books in two shipments. The first shipment contained "John Adams" and "Truman" by David McCullough, which I received without any issues. However, the second shipment with "[redacted]" by David McCullough was missing. Instead, I received a Kpblis 59"x79" Cooling Bamboo blanket that I did not order. I kindly request Amazon to send me the missing book "[redacted]" and provide instructions on returning the incorrect item received. Thank you for your attention and any help you can offer. I purchased new chair pads for my outdoor furniture from Misyauki. Unfortunately, they arrived today and the colors are completely different from what was shown in the picture on Amazon. I am disappointed as they don't match my patio at all. I didn't realize that Misyauki was a third-party vendor, making returns difficult and costly. To return them, I have to pay for return postage to China, which doesn't seem right. I believe it's unfair to have to pay a lot to return a product that was misleadingly advertised. I've learned my lesson and will only order directly from Amazon in the future, bypassing third-party sellers. These chair pads were quite expensive, so I need to return them, but shipping them internationally under these circumstances feels unjust.

I need assistance accessing my account after it was suspended due to a security issue. Despite receiving an email advising that I could log in, I couldn't do so successfully as my password and OTP were not accepted. I was notified about a $25 Amazon eGift Card sent to [redacted] on December 24, [redacted], which was unexpected since it was added as a forwarding address without my knowledge. I've already contacted Chase regarding the associated Visa card being suspended. Unfortunately, I can't access my Amazon account to remove it. The email mentioned that to use Prime benefits, I have to re-subscribe, which is frustrating as I've already paid for the year. I would appreciate your help in resolving these issues promptly. Thank you.

I received an email regarding a subscription order for AmazonShopping on my Samsung SM-S767VL and Samsung SM-T310 devices. I tried to approve the notification but faced issues. Despite trying different browsers, the response remains the same. Even after entering my email address, the message repeats. Although I can access Amazon through Firefox, I am unable to proceed with unsubscribing. The customer service response keeps looping when I attempt to input my email. I also received the same notification on my mojotab account. Any assistance would be appreciated.

Hello, Yesterday, I reset my password for my Amazon.in account using my email [redacted] and mobile number +[redacted]91. Since then, I have been unable to log in. Even the customer service email is bouncing back. Please help me regain access to my Amazon account as I need to make some purchases on Amazon.in. I purchased an Amazon renewed device which arrived with a cracked screen. I returned it and received a replacement, but the second device was not unlocked as specified. After dealing with unhelpful tech support, I decided to return the item for a refund. Even though they received the device on the 11th, they are insisting I wait two weeks for the refund, which seems unreasonable given the issues I've faced since April 5th when I first ordered. I've contacted their support multiple times, but keep getting the same response about the two-week wait. The situation has left me frustrated and I hope they address this promptly.
