I have unintentionally paid for two Amazon Prime memberships for several months. After speaking with a customer service representative, they mentioned that I was not listed as a Prime member until recently. I have been enjoying Prime benefits through my daughter-in-law's account for many years. However, when I tried to access Prime Video, they asked me to pay an additional $14.99 per month, even though I am already a Prime member. My card number is ending in [redacted]. I believe I should receive a refund for the months I have been charged for Prime Video. My daughter-in-law's name is Lucynda Ivie. As an existing multi-year member, I am entitled to a reimbursement for the double charges. My name is Janice G. Ivie, and I reside at [redacted] Beaver Creek Rd, Paola KS [redacted].

I bought a shower door, which arrived in June, but due to delays with the new house, we only started installation in late July. The handyman attempted to install it today, Aug 8, but the door doesn't fit the tub area. Although we missed the return deadline, we couldn't foresee this issue. As a frequent Amazon customer, I appreciate your fair handling of problems. Given the significant price, I hope to return the item. I value following guidelines and have never requested special treatment. I intend to buy another shower door, likely through Amazon. Thank you, Steve H.

There is a charge appearing on my bank account that I did not authorize, supposedly related to Audible. This is a recurring issue as I have had to change my card multiple times to prevent these unauthorized charges. I am frustrated and request a refund of the money taken from my account. I am unfamiliar with Audible and would like these withdrawals to cease immediately. Thank you.

I have attempted to purchase a polygel nail kit since last Friday from two different accounts, but the order keeps getting canceled due to detected unusual activity. Despite contacting customer service four times, the issue remains unresolved. I used my boyfriend's card for the purchase, and even after providing bank statements as verification, the problem persists. This issue has caused me to miss out on a sale for the item, and I am becoming frustrated with the situation, considering not using Amazon again.

Hello, I'm experiencing issues with the wireless headset my employer purchased for me. The specific model is Plabntronics Voager B825. The order number for this purchase is [redacted]-[redacted]. The problem seems to be with the dongle (receiver) as it is not connecting. There is no light coming on and the headset is not producing any sound. I purchased a set of Amazon earbuds on January 20, [redacted]. This morning, they would not connect. The red light on the case is flashing rapidly. I have adjusted the buds in the case, initially, the light flashes green, but then 10 seconds later, the case flashes red. If the light is off and I plug the case in, the light flashes red and will not charge. The buds will not charge or connect. I am very disappointed that after a year and a half, I need to replace these already. I have a set of Beats wireless, which are connected by a cord between the ears, they are 10 years old and still work perfectly. I received an incorrect order again! I ordered a case of juice TWICE, but only received one or two cans both times. I would like a credit to my account. I refuse to fill out any credit card information before speaking to a representative. I will not return the two cans of juice. The order should have been correct initially. It is misleading to advertise a case of juice and then only send a few cans, seemingly based on your own decision, not mine.

I bought a desk lamp approximately 6 months ago, and it has been malfunctioning since I received it. The lamp seems to have a mind of its own, turning on and off randomly and ignoring the touch pads on the base. I purchased the product from Winway Trading in Wolverhampton, UK, via Amazon. I am requesting a replacement desk lamp that works correctly and reliably. Please reach out to me via email at [redacted] to arrange the replacement. I received an email stating I had ordered a computer for $1,[redacted].00 through Amazon, which I hadn't purchased. I did buy two items for about $24.00 but not a computer. After speaking to the number provided, they instructed me to click on a link to initiate the return process. It became clear to me it was a scam. I am concerned as this occurred right after my legitimate purchase, indicating they likely obtained my details from that transaction. I ordered a rakhi for my brother who lives in a different location on August 4th with an expected delivery date of August 6th. I received a call from Amazon, but the conversation was unclear, and when I tried to call back, the line was busy every time. After many attempts, I unexpectedly received a call from a lady claiming to be a UPSC counselor looking for someone named Pooja. I was confused, and later found out that my item had been marked as delivered. Despite my brother living in a large society where the address is clear, he never received the package. After contacting Amazon customer service, they suggested a refund, but it hasn't been processed yet. I feel like Amazon's delivery service is not being responsible or helpful. I intentionally initiated a return so the delivery person could pick up the package from where it was mistakenly delivered, but Amazon seems indifferent to the situation. I am considering escalating this issue to the consumer forum as the lack of accountability is concerning.

I ordered 2 air conditioners, but my credit was denied. My husband then used his credit and ordered 2, resulting in a total of 4 being delivered. We are unable to afford the return shipping costs. The mix-up seems to be caused by a mistake from Amazon, as I should have only received the initial 2. I already had an existing account with your company. My delivery arrived on Sunday as scheduled, but the delivery person did not hand it directly to me as requested. Instead, he forcefully inserted the package into my mailbox. I had to open the box to retrieve the book due to how tightly it was wedged in. Placing items other than U.S. mail in a mailbox is illegal. I placed an order with Crescent Sales LLC on July 1 for the Emeril Lagasse [redacted] Toaster Oven. However, I have not received the item yet. Despite the site showing it was shipped on July 22, USPS only shows a shipping label was created and there hasn't been any update since then. I understand delays due to the reduced price, but it's been almost a month and a half. What worries me more is that I can't find any information online about Crescent Sales. USPS tracking has been reliable for me, so if the item hasn't shipped, I would like to cancel my order. If it has been shipped, I would like to know its whereabouts. Please provide more details than just tracking discrepancies. If you can't reach out to the seller, please share their contact information with me. I placed an order for an Echo Show 5 on my Amazon account yesterday, and a package was delivered today. However, upon opening it, I discovered that it only contained a power cord. I live in Portugal and recently ordered a xiomi phone and a protective case from Amazon Spain. The delivery driver from Paack only brought the phone case, leading me to believe the phone itself would arrive separately. After checking, it appeared both items were delivered together in one package, which arrived opened and had been retaped. I have contacted Paack for a response but have not heard back yet. I reached out to Amazon through messages and phone calls in Portugal and Spain, but I keep getting stuck in automated messages and redirected to different platforms like WeChat. I am hoping to resolve this issue soon.

While enjoying funrize.com, I won $[redacted] and opted for an Amazon gift card. After creating a new Amazon account and making a few purchases, my account got restricted. Despite making several calls, I haven't received assistance on how to regain access. Now my account is closed, and I feel lost in this frustrating situation. If this problem persists, I might have to escalate it by filing complaints with law enforcement and the Better Business Bureau.

My Amazon account was compromised. I contacted the Fraud Department a week ago but didn't receive a response. Today, I discovered a "Prime Renewal" charge on my account that I did not authorize. When I tried to remove it, I was informed there was a purchase linked to it. I haven't accessed my account recently, and my most recent purchase was months ago. I need assistance disputing the Prime Renewal and any unauthorized orders on my account. I did not authorize these transactions. I also wish to close the account for my protection since my identity has been compromised, and keeping the account open poses a financial risk.

On Sunday, August 13, [redacted], I bought the NFL+ subscription on my Amazon Prime account using my Synchrony/Amazon Store Card credit card. However, when using the app on my Amazon Fire TV, I discovered it only allows me to view preseason games and not regular season games, which is not what I was looking for.
