I have been attempting to resolve the issue with my missing University book "Analytical Mechanics" from Luna Books that Amazon claims was delivered on Wednesday, September 14. After contacting the vendor directly through Amazon's referral system and checking my Ring Video Camera for deliveries, I reached out to Amazon's Online Customer Service via chatbox, but I was just redirected back to the vendor without any further assistance. Despite providing my home landline number, I did not receive a callback. Subsequently, I contacted Amazon's Customer Service by phone and encountered difficulty in getting a resolution. The representative advised me to contact the vendor repeatedly, even though I had already done so. When I tried tracking the order through FedEx, the provided tracking number did not match my address. I purchased the book using Amazon gift cards from Publix Grocery, but I am unable to get a refund in cash. Amazon only offers credit for future purchases, which I am not interested in. I do not wish to provide my bank details for a refund, and I cannot reach a human agent to request a check refund or locate the missing book. The AI phone system at Amazon is limited, and the company is not taking responsibility for the issue. On August 3, [redacted], the delivery person arrived with the order. However, upon inspection, I found an iron pipe inside the box instead of the pump. I requested a replacement and received a new order on August 6, [redacted], with order number [redacted]-[redacted], but the parcel size was incorrect. I recorded a video showing the issue and refused the delivery. Despite contacting Amazon, the carrier refused to accept the parcel. My account was closed multiple times, denying me a refund. I purchased 15 packages of Dense Blazing Star flower seeds from SeedsUP on July 21, [redacted]. Unfortunately, none of the seeds germinated after being planted, resembling grass seeds instead. Although SeedsUP initially agreed to refund the purchase, they are now requesting the seeds to be returned, which is not possible as they were already planted. If needed, I can send soil in return. I plan to dispute any additional charges on my credit card. It's worth noting that the item is no longer available on Amazon. I ordered queen size sheets from this seller. The sheets were supposed to be Egyptian cotton, and the seller promised a "NO RISK PURCHASE [redacted]% SATISFACTION GUARANTEE." However, the sheets were shipped from India without prior notice and took almost 3 weeks to arrive. After trying them for one night, I found them uncomfortable and scratchy, so I initiated a return on 9/16. The seller first offered a 20-30% refund, then a 50% refund, or the option to return the sheets at my own cost without a refund if used. Feeling frustrated, I accepted the 50% refund, but was only refunded $18.43, not 50% of the $[redacted] I paid. I feel misled and dissatisfied with the seller's response to my return request, given their advertised guarantee.

I have multiple email accounts and sometimes order from Amazon without paying attention to which email I am using. Can anyone help me identify any missing items from my orders? If not, I will have to contact my bank, which could be time-consuming. A manager or supervisor only needs to check the last 4 digits of the card used for payment to resolve this. I have had trouble with representatives in the past and they seemed to hang up on me. I apologize for any frustration this may cause. I hope to get this issue resolved without any further inconvenience.

I need to update the account information from my husband’s name to mine, along with transferring all the Kindle content. When I initially purchased my Kindle years ago, only my husband had a computer and email address. Over the years, I have bought Kindle books on this account using my credit card. As I'm changing my internet provider, I want to ensure I retain my content and retain access to ordering books directly for my Kindle. Unfortunately, my husband's phone, which was linked to the account, has been reset and is no longer in use. I am unable to access Amazon Kindle on my phone as I have a different number and email address. Yesterday, on Wednesday 09/21/22 at 8:05AM, I had a terrifying experience with an Amazon driver on 58th street in Tacoma. As I approached the intersection at Cushman Avenue, the Amazon delivery truck recklessly sped through without stopping, endangering my life. The presence of a parked vehicle near the intersection obstructed my view of cross-traffic, making the situation even more perilous. If I had proceeded a few seconds earlier, a collision would have been inevitable, potentially resulting in severe consequences due to the speed of the truck. I have taken a day to gather my thoughts and details to report this incident. I kindly request that Amazon reviews their delivery records and checks any onboard cameras to validate my account. It is crucial to address and rectify such dangerous behavior promptly to prevent any future accidents. I trust that Amazon, as a responsible company, will take appropriate action to ensure the safety of drivers and pedestrians in residential areas.

Dear Team, I am writing to report that I did not receive an order that was marked as delivered last Wednesday. I waited to see if a neighbor mistakenly received it, but unfortunately, it seems like a recurring issue. I have a $45 Amazon gift card. When I placed an order, my account got suspended. After paying, I didn't receive my order number or tracking information. Despite multiple calls and disputes for the unknown charge, I received no help from Amazon customer service or supervisors. I ordered four items, totaling $44.25, with a gift card with a $45 balance, but my gift card balance now shows zero, and I have not received my items. I tried using GetHuman but didn't succeed. I suspect it might be a scam. I hope to get assistance with this issue.

I purchased a wedge pillow to assist with my post-surgery recovery, but unfortunately, the package arrived damaged and open, rendering the item unusable. I recently underwent shoulder surgery and had specifically intended to use the pillow for that purpose. Concerned about keeping the surgical area clean, I couldn't risk using the compromised product. Upon attempting to return it, I was informed that it was not eligible for return. As a loyal Amazon Prime customer, I rely on the service to prevent issues like this. There was no prior indication that the item couldn't be returned, and the extent of the damage was unexpected. I believe Amazon should offer the option to receive a credit for the item, if not a refund to my original payment method. Apologies, I am unable to continue typing due to the discomfort in my shoulder.

I have reached out to Amazon numerous times regarding my misplaced $[redacted] laptop. Despite providing video evidence from my security camera contradicting the delivery time shown in the tracking information, Amazon has been unhelpful and directed me to speak with the Freight Forwarder. I followed their advice and the Freight Forwarder confirmed not receiving the laptop. I have submitted all relevant documentation and video footage, but Amazon refuses to investigate the matter further. This issue has affected not only me but also 40 other customers in a similar predicament. The package was not delivered to the correct address and Amazon's insistence on the Freight Forwarder policy is confounding. I have shared visual evidence at the following links as I cannot upload them here. I believe foul play may be involved with the courier's knowledge of the Freight Forwarder policy. It appears Amazon is hesitant to proceed due to the involvement of the Freight Forwarder.
