I actually have two issues. One is that my order was suppose to arrive within *-* business days and it still has not arrived yet. I ordered black ripped skinny jeans in size *, crystal ice colored skinny jeans in size *, and a red shirt in size small. I would like it to be resolved by wanting to know what happened and why it was delayed and for it to finally arrive. My second problem is that I cannot log into my American Eagle account. I do not remember my password and when I try to reset my password and it says that the email was sent to me, I do not get it. This also effects my first issue because I cannot track my package because I cannot log into my account. I would like this to be resolved by being able to reset my email.
