I ordered * pairs of men's boxer briefs. When I received my order, * out * were the wrong size. I wrote to the Contact Us link on my order email. I could only write a short message so I wrote only what I could. I was given a code to return the items that were the wrong size. I was never offered to be sent the correct size that I ordered. Why not? I ordered these on Black Friday and I got them on sale. If I return them and order again, I will pay full price.**Can you help?
