I arrived at the Seattle Centurion Club at *:** PM. My flight was scheduled to take off at *:** PM. **They asked me to wait outside the lounge for * minutes in order to adhere to the new "*-hour" policy. I responded by saying that I was not aware of the policy but I am fine with it but I would expect some common sense to be applied here.**I then went outside the lounge entrance and stood at the door unti *:**.**I have been an AMEX member since **** and a Platinum member for more than ** years but I will not continue if the policy is to no longer treat Platinum Customers this way.**Harry Fox
