I am Jill Plumer, Amtrak member ***********. I made reservation for * adults, round trip Birmingham to New Orleans, Sept **-**, ****. Now I cannot find any record of it on your website. I have no reservation *, which may indicate that my reservation never went through to completion as I thought it had. Before I try again to book the trip, would you please confirm for me that no current reservation exists?
