I filed a claim regarding an incident which occurred on April **, **** under reservation number DEBEF*. I was given the case number ********. I have since contacted Kyle Michaels I believe he is the agent handling my claim. I have sent emails to Michaels to find out the status of my claim. Michaels has not responded.
