This makes me so weary and angry! Because my credit card was hacked and Chase cancelled it a day before you attempted to renew my account, Ancestry immediately closed my account! **An hour ago, my new card arrived in the mail and I attempted to reinstate my account. I "spoke" with online person and she told me to fill out information on questionnaire she was sending, for which I would be charged $*, fully refundable. Your computer wouldn't authorize my card, so I was told to reapply, which I did. Still not accepted.**I just received a message from Chase asking me if I recognized the $*** charge that was on my account. I had to say yes in order to keep my new card and not have to waiting another *-** for a new one. I would like that TRANSACTION TO BE REVERSED! **I want to be reinstated with my being able to access all accounts I previously had. I may have had ALL, including newspapers.com and another, which I can not remember at this time. I feel it should not cost me any more than it would have been when you initially attempted to access my account for renewal. In fact, because of closing my account and causing this stress, I feel I should be renewed at a lesser rate. **Please advise as to how to get my account reinstated.**Thank you,**Sondra I. Farmer
