I ordered an iPhone on ***. A BestBuy Totaltech membership was purchased to cover the iPhone. The order was mishandled by BestBuy and I canceled the entire order. The Totaltech membership was not canceled though, and I was charged for it. I would like the membership canceled, a refund issued, and assurances I will not be billed for this in the future.
