Okay, so I have been trying to remove my authenticator (which said DISABLED) from my blizzard account. My phone number needed to be updated so I can turn the authenticator back on and nothing is working. So I change my password, and now it won't let me log back in at all. Since it doesn't have my current number or anything, I keep getting stuck in a loop. As far as I can go is to answer the security question "who was your childhood hero?" and to be honest, I have completely forgotten the answer to that question. Please help.
