I purchased a "Miscellaneous Storage Craft & Sewing Armoire" from www.ingorgeounskk.com on August 1, [redacted]. After tracking the package, I saw it left China on August 10, arrived in Canada on August 11, processed in Burnaby BC, and was sent to Edmonton AB where it encountered a "due processing error." Despite the tracking showing delivery on August 17, the package never reached me. I contacted the seller, but they were unable to assist as the system marked it as delivered. I confirmed with my building's security footage, which showed no delivery that day. After many automated messages, I reached a person on September 1, who directed me to a [redacted] number. Unfortunately, they could not assist me, claiming I should have called earlier than August 19. This issue remains unresolved, and I am seeking further assistance to locate my missing package.

I visited Johnny's Gas Bar located at [redacted] Route [redacted], Douglas, NB E3A 1NO, on September 21, [redacted], to send a registered letter to Ottawa. The clerk seemed overwhelmed with customers and was not knowledgeable about handling registered mail. I suggested calling the Burtts Corner post office for assistance, but the clerk reacted poorly and eventually provided me with Xpresspost instead of registered mail, which was more expensive. I believe I was overcharged $24.53 for a service that should have cost less. It seems like the staff at this gas bar/post office need better training to handle postal services correctly or risk losing their licensing.

The staff member seemed overwhelmed with customers and was unhelpful when I asked for assistance with registering my letter. She eventually provided me with Xpresspost instead of the requested registered mail, which cost more. I believe I was overcharged $24.53 for this service. It's concerning that the staff at this gas bar, acting as a post office, were not knowledgeable about handling registered mail. Training should be provided to ensure better service or their post office license could be at risk.

I had an incident this morning with my postal worker. As I was leaving my driveway, my dog got startled and growled at him. The postman seemed very scared and ran across the road. My eleven-year-old Labrador retriever is friendly and has never been a problem before. The postman threatened to spray my dog with mace and stop delivering my mail. I have had dogs for over 25 years without any issues. I am upset about the postman's reaction and threats, as my dog only barked in surprise. I noticed a discrepancy in my tracking number's postal code. My correct address is [redacted] Lorne St Ext., New Glasgow, NS B2H 4L4, but the tracking showed B2H 5V9. I worry about the delivery being affected. I am hoping Canada Post will use my name if the postal code is wrong. The Canada Post tracking number is [redacted][redacted], and the last update stated that the parcel was in Dieppe and expected to be delivered tomorrow by the end of the day.

Hi there, I reside at [redacted] Davisville Avenue, Apt. [redacted] in Toronto, ON M4S 1G9. My access code is [redacted] under the name Val Packota. However, my government ID lists my full name as Valerie Packota. I've had multiple packages delivered to my building recently. Canada Post left a card for a walker delivery that needs to be collected from Guardian Drugs at [redacted] Yonge St. in Toronto. Another package was dropped off by C.P., with a key labeled F2 left in my mailbox, but the key didn't work on the C.P. box at my building, so I still have it. I've left a note on the C.P. box requesting the item to be taken to Guardian Drugs for my collection. It seems that Canada Post is the only delivery service causing issues for me. I have more packages on the way, so I'm unsure which one is in the box. Due to my disability, I frequently shop online. I received a text notification about a package, which I couldn't open on my phone. Please have the driver leave me a notification at Guardian Drugs for easy collection. However, in [redacted], Canada Post changed its computer systems, and now my brother, who lacks identification and employment but resides with me, is listed as the account holder for the PO box. Despite showing the necessary documentation, I continue to face challenges each year, reopening the emotional wounds of my father's passing. I sent a package from the UK with birthday and Christmas gifts for my grandson, and it seems to be stuck in your customs department. The parcel was sent on November 15th from the UK and reached your customs on November 24th. Based on the tracking information I have, my package has been sitting at the Sidney depot on Mills Rd since December 22nd. I received a strange text message from someone claiming to be Canada Post, which I know is not their usual method of communication. It seems like there might be a scam happening at that location because I discovered that I'm not the only one missing a parcel. The online system shows that the package was supposed to be delivered on December 27th, a day with no postal service, and that my address was being verified on December 30th, which is inaccurate as I've lived here for almost three years without any delivery issues. Email Complaint to Canada Post Office on February 6, [redacted] Dear Canada Post Office, My name is Lidia & Hamdija Hrapovic, and I reside at [redacted] Leacock Dr., Barrie, Ontario L4N 6A4. I am reaching out to address several ongoing issues with mail delivery in Barrie, Ontario. For the past two years, we have faced consistent problems such as not receiving our mail (especially bills), receiving other people's mail, or having our mail misdelivered. This has led to significant inconveniences, including missing our Master Card bills in both September [redacted] and December [redacted], resulting in $90.00 interest charges. Additionally, we recently found an electricity bill on Lampman LN addressed to someone on Browning St., which we had to personally deliver. Recently, two letters were mistakenly dropped off in our mailbox, one for [redacted] Leacock Dr. and the other for a different address nearby. These recurring issues have caused us and other residents financial burdens due to late payment penalties. We urge you to address this matter promptly and provide us with information on the steps being taken to prevent such errors in the future. I encountered an issue with the Canada Post app when trying to reset my account. I received multiple codes, but due to delays, I had to resend them. After finally entering the last code, I received an error message about website problems. Subsequently, when attempting to reset the password again, I was informed that my account had been locked. The support knowledge base lacks information on unlocking accounts, only focusing on password resets. Moreover, contacting them through social media seems challenging as they have restrictions on who can message them. I will try to reach out via phone tomorrow. My intention was to link my Canada Post app account to the package I wanted to track.

Hello, I was anticipating a package from China with tracking number LV [redacted]92cn. After contacting Canada Post, they provided me with ticket number [redacted]33 for the investigation. I am a deaf customer. Upon my last online check, Canada Post stated that the package was delivered in Burlington, Ontario instead of my intended Toronto address on January 13th, [redacted]. Our complex is experiencing ongoing issues with mail delivery. The mailboxes are frequently filled with incorrect mail for other residents, leading to clutter and envelopes left on the floor. Today, April 24th, the letter was returned to the sender with "INC It #?" written on the envelope. I am unsure of the meaning behind this written message. I have experienced previous issues with Canada Post failing to deliver my mail due to confusion over a lot number, which is not a part of my mailing address.

Hello, I recently received a parcel, but the postman left a delivery notice for me. We have a parcel box in the lobby that can accommodate deliveries that won't fit in the small letter boxes. Could you use the key from the notice to place the parcel in the lobby box for easier retrieval? I have difficulty walking far and need a walker, so it would be more convenient for me this way.
