I was on the phone with capital one credit card,about a payment that was made on ****** it posted on the *th,my direct deposit was ****** so i started paying my bills early so i paid early,usaully when it post i don't have a problem paying the rest of my bills,long story short capital one lead me to think they had there pay on the fifth ,my bank shows no transaction even thought capital and I know i made the paymt.received a confirmation email now my bank and capital one is making it out to be my fault. customer service was trying to get my bank on the phone when some was on the line saying they was not my bank and the capital one employee was gone.tried calling but i can't get through,so i iam left $** late fee and a $** due fee and more and no oe to talk too,this is really F*$@%$ up tryig to pay before the Due Date......Shannon Sullivan *****@***.com
