Dear Capital One,**I have been advised by one of your customer advisors to write you a letter regarding paying of my remaining credit card balance. I have lost my credit card and tried to pay of my balance over the phone, however the advisor could not find my details on the sytem in order for me to pay it off. I have not been recieving letters from Capital One as I have moved properites and over the phone it was not possible for the adivsor to change my address.*I'm not too sure why the advisor said to write a letter and how this will enable me to pay my balance. I will state all my details below so I would apprecaite if you can call me or email me.
