My name is Joseph Monari . Account no. *********. Phone no.**********. I have been a customer for over ** years. I have been paying my bill by phone for at least * years.since December,January and February my bank has sent back my payments not for have money in my account but you people have done something to your system and my route no. Has not pick up my complete no. I have called several times and was told it would be taken care off.ITs hasn't been and yesterday was the last straw..I have try to call an get the automated system.i talk to a supervisor yesterday and all he was interest in was me paying my bill,he was going to connect me with someone in billing that could help straight this out. Was disconnected and no call back..i would like someone to contact me in person to get this issue straightened out ..please call me back after noon central standard time,or send me a telephone no. I can talk to a human and get this straighting out.If not i will cancel my account and go with someone else..your automated is terrible..please respond
