And waited and waited. After ** minutes the system timed me out.**I tried this about * or * times when I first received this offer in March without success. I phoned Citibank customer service but was told "Sorry, we cannot access those offers or help you with them* there must be a software problem so please try later."**I received the same offer on May ** so I tried again, yesterday and today. * attempts brought the very same result: hung up on "application is loading" page, then a time-out. Moreover, the "contact us" link on the main page from my Citibank accounts is not working.**Please help!
