applied for credit card online using Citibank ad I received in the mail and cant get access to a human being to discuss the status of the card which was approved by nphone. I am not seeing any confirmation info in email, online and cannot reach a real person. I am concerned that this could be a scam. AND I cannot believe how automation is being used as a firewall against banking customers.
