I have an invalid charge on my card. I submitted the dispute, and it was accepted, but * weeks later, I got a message online form Citibank stating I have to resubmit my supporting documents for the dispute, but it does not indicate how to submit this charge. I have tried calling numerous numbers, cannot seem to get a human, and when I did, they sent me to another number that put me back in the same menu.

GetHuman-hokia did not yet indicate what Citibank should do to make this right.
