Hello, my name is Stephanie Abrecht. My service is in Woodsboro MD. My account also has the name Tom Batchelor. We are experiencing pauses in our service. *I need to get in touch about our wires from the pole to our house. They are extremely low through our yard and dangerous. I believe it is also affecting our service. *The wind has been brutal here and I’m afraid it has taken its toll on our wires. Our service is ok.. we do get lots of pauses*skips from our tv.
