I have used Love Loft card once in *****. I paid the bill ****th and was charged $** late fee. I called to request a waiver since it happened for the first time. The waiver was $** and I owed $**. I called and asked to withdraw these $** but the account number was data entered incorrectly, and instead of calling before the deadline, I received the statement with additional $** late fee. Trying to explain that I did never refuse to pay and instead asked over the phone to withdraw the money, got punished again. I paid $** and requested to close my card. *I keep getting statements with late fee that now has reached $** more than the only purchase I paid for.*How is that possible to be punished so unfairly for something that is not your fault.
