I was shockingly permanently removed from Victoria's Secret rewards program due to "continued apparent abuse." I wrote Comenity a long, descriptive letter that included my many health-related issues as to why so many items had to be returned*exchanged, and repurchased. I asked why earned points weren't automatically removed when making a return. I never received an answer, just another letter stating they've concluded their investigation. I've been a loyal customer for over ** years, and find this extremely unfair and hurtful. I feel they don't care or take any consideration and understanding how every person's weight and body type is different. Sadly, my weight is always fluctuating due to again, several ongoing health issues. I'm a very hard fit at any store I have documentation to support my dispute but don't know what all they want. I have years of different documentation from different doctors that's it's overwhelming. When I wrote the letter on November *, ****, I was wearing kids clothing in size *****, and now those sizes are too big because I had a hysterectomy and the HRT (hormone replacement therapy) makes it even more difficult to eat and keep weight on. None of my health struggles is my fault. *I even requested to be reinstated for the items I keep, some are gifts for others, my daughter etc, and again did not get an answer back. *If there's any way someone can try to help my situation, please let me know how. I realize this is a business and also said that in my letter. I am a good person and everyone at Victoria's Secret and many stores love whenever I come in. Even the management and employees there are just as shocked to find this happened. I was told how I always have my receipts and how they know the people that really abuse and take advantage of the program but, I'm definitely NOT one of them. I don't want to close my account because I want to resolve this issue somehow. Hopefully, someone will be able to offer advice. I look forward to hearing from someone soon.
