I have a recent & pending application for a Credit One Bank Platinum Visa card, which I was notified of via *****@***.com. I called ONE of the customer service numbers just the other day to inquire about my application and what info was still needed. I was told by ONE of TWO representative(the *nd one) that I needed to forward three essential document types via email:***. Copy of my social security card (NOT sending that in the mail)**. Photocopy of Driver's license*State ID**. Utility bill*Phone bill*bank statements*The first representative I spoke with said I had to mail these out to CreditOne Bank Headquarters in Las Vegas, Nevada, which would take ** business days to arrive after being mailed off, as well as wait time of THREE WEEKS before I actually hear back from CreditOne about the final status of my application & approval. The second person said I CAN send the required info through email: *****@***.com*Not sure what the best course of action is for streamlining*speeding up the whole process overall. Solutions???
