On August **, **** DHL (on behalf of Luggagefree, picked up my luggage for shipment to London, UK, at Astors Belgravia. Tracking number given to me was LFE**FCGECCP***. Luggagefree notified me that luggage was out for delivery on September *, ****. I notified Astors Belgravia that luggage was on its way. Apparently, they did not read my message and, in error, rejected the DHL delivery.*Astors Belgravia notified me of this error. I have been trying to contact Luggagefree to have the luggage redelivered, but I have had no response. As I will leave San Francisco tomorrow a.m., I am frantic about getting this resolved before I leave. Please help..
