I received an email from DHL regarding an additional customs fee required for my shipment. Originally, I thought I could pay the customs cost upon pickup and select my delivery point. However, a recent email now suggests that my package may not be delivered to my chosen location unless the customs fee is paid. The DHL tracking number for my shipment is [redacted]. I contacted the Loomis location in north Red Deer, Alberta, where I planned for the drop-off (expected by March 21), but they have no record of my package in their system.

I ordered a package on Etsy some time ago, but it hasn't arrived. I've been in contact with the seller for months. DHL claimed the package was placed in a lockbox at the correct address, but I'm not aware of any such box. I typically receive deliveries directly to my apartment, including from this seller and DHL in the past. A representative informed me that after searching extensively, they couldn't locate the shipment and it's considered lost. I was advised to file a claim.

I was supposed to receive a delivery from Madeleine on October 27th, and when it didn't arrive, I thought it was just delayed. The tracking number is [redacted]. However, on the 28th, I received a package from DHL at my door, which I initially thought was mine. Upon opening it, I discovered it was not the item I had ordered. I need this package to be picked up and redelivered to the correct address. After reviewing the email you sent me this morning, the front door shown in the photo is not ours; we have two large walnut-stained front doors. I have encountered an issue with a delivery person named John Gabriel who is refusing to provide the tracking number or deliver my package. He has demanded over $[redacted] in delivery fees and has not yet delivered the package. He claims to be a supervisor at DHL but has been dishonest with me for the past two weeks. However, he is trying to extort an additional $70 from me to release the package. This would increase the total cost to $[redacted]. I am facing issues with the delivery of my package. The delivery person is not providing the tracking number and is demanding an additional $70 on top of the $[redacted] I have already paid. I recently shipped a box via UPS with the wrong label, causing it to be returned to DHL where it was brought to me by D'Angelo. Despite my confusion about how it ended up there, the manager informed me that the correct labels were missing, making it unable to reach the United Kingdom without them. The package is currently being held somewhere unknown to me, and I'm trying to locate it. The person on the phone assured me it would be returned in two days, but it has been over a week and a half, maybe two. I would greatly appreciate any assistance. Last Friday, your company collected my document for delivery to Sun Lawyers in Cabo Roig, Orihuela, by courier. The tracking number assigned is [redacted]. Initially scheduled for delivery on Monday 5/12, the item actually departed the UK on 6/12. Although it was marked as out for delivery yesterday, the status now indicates that further consignee information is needed, showing an exception in the delivery process. When I arranged the delivery, I provided comprehensive details of the recipient, Sun Lawyers, known for their presence in Costa Blanca. I am still waiting for my packages from Germany that I ordered during our tour on October 5, [redacted]. I have been trying to get answers by emailing the store and calling DHL using the shipment number CP[redacted]20DE. Unfortunately, I couldn't locate the tracking number on the paper I received from the store. I even asked UPS for assistance, but had no luck so far. I am having issues with DHL regarding a delivery to a less common overseas location. Despite the delivery not being urgent, I have experienced difficulties with their customer service. When I called their [redacted] number, I was repeatedly hung up on or promised callbacks that never happened. I am frustrated with DHL US as their service has been unhelpful and filled with broken promises.

Currently in Scalea, Italy, we had expected our package by last Saturday. An initial delivery attempt was made last Thursday when we were not present, requiring a rescheduled delivery for today, Monday. The package contains crucial documents from our immigration attorneys that must be submitted to the local office by Friday. Now my package CR[redacted]63DE is intended to be delivered to Tallinn [redacted], Estonia, Kuldnoka 15-98, for Yulia Stepanova. I also wrote this delivery address on the box. I received a notification from DHL stating that the driver attempted delivery but no one was home. Despite being at home all day and close to the door at the alleged delivery time, I have a front door camera that did not capture any delivery attempt. I contacted customer service and spoke with agent Warner, who was unhelpful and impolite. When I inquired about the next steps if the package was not received the following business day, Warner ignored my question twice before dismissively stating he had already answered it three times and promptly ended the chat. His lack of professionalism and apparent lack of concern for customer satisfaction was evident. Furthermore, numerous grammatical errors in our conversation made it challenging to comprehend the information provided.

I am experiencing issues with a DHL tracking number as it shows a long string of numbers, not the usual 10 digits. Despite contacting customer service, I have made no progress. The tracking information indicates that my package was out for delivery, but it states that the address was not found. My order with Order # [redacted] has not arrived at my home address in Ocean Breeze, FL [redacted] as scheduled for January 20. I believe there may be individuals posing as DHL agents and even a person claiming to be a NY police officer named Thomas involved in potential fraud or theft. I have paid upwards of $10,[redacted] to these supposed DHL employees for a shipment containing valuable gold and jewelry that belongs to me, Theodore Peter Massinello. Tomorrow, I will be taking action by involving the Martin County Fraud and Scam Division, the Florida Attorney's Office, and my family attorney. The package is of significant value, with gold and precious stones worth an estimated 2 million. In the event of loss or theft, I will hold DHL accountable.

I recently had a bag lost during shipping from Berlin, Germany to Houston. The package was initially returned to the sender due to an issue with customs, and then Deutsche Bahn acknowledged their mistake and reshipped it. A delivery attempt was made but failed due to an insufficient address. After contacting Deutsche Bahn and USPS, it seems there was a discrepancy in the address provided. I don't have specific details about the package besides the intended recipient, Ron Jay, and the potential sender, snookerspex.com. Hello DHL Customer Care team, Regarding DHL Tracking number [redacted] for a shipment to Italy, there have been corrections needed for the dimensions. The cargo initially departed with incorrect dimensions of 70 x 70 x 25 inches on the attached DHL AWB label for Invoice Number [redacted]-[redacted]. According to DSV notification, the correct physical dimensions are 29 x 29 x 12 inches. I have attached the original documents for your reference. I have also included the revised commercial invoice (attachment #3) for Invoice [redacted]-[redacted] with correction details. The recipient has been informed, and we aim to prevent any issues or delays during the shipment to Italy, which departed from our warehouse in Houston, TX, yesterday.
