I have a new Vizio TV everything is hooked up the internet is connected remote control settings are good but receiver activation and I can't activate the receiver I misplaced it I just got a new box and I misplaced the Puerto Vallarta not trying to say I'm using the old control remote control and it works on everything but activate receiver can you do that the volume and everything works on the old control just I can't activate the receiver
