I visited two different Dollar General stores on November **rd, **** to take advantage of the Buy One, Get **% Off the Second sale on All Toys. The first store I went to charged me the full price although I purchased two different toys at $**.** Each. For these two items, I should have been charged a total of $**.** based on the buy one and get **% off the second, yet I was charged $**.** Each with no discount, so I was overcharged by $*.**. I didn't inquire about this at the time because I didn't really pay it any attention.**On the way home, I stopped at another Dollar General Store and purchased * Toys with the expectation of the same **% off of the *nd Toy Discount. At the checkout I was charged $*.** Each for two toys, $**.** for another Toy, $**.** for another Toy and $*.** Each for two additional Toys.**I was charged the full marked price for these six Toys, but I did receive a discount of $*.** for the $**.** Toy and a total discount of $*.** for the * $*.** Toys.**So although the *nd Store did give me somewhat of a discount on the * Toys, it was a total of $*.** when the advertised price of a *nd Toy at **% Off would have resulted in a total discount of $**.**.**The total amount I was overcharged between these * stores is $**.**. I noticed this at the *nd store and when I asked the cashier and who I assumed was the manager, they both said the charges were correct, and since I didn't want to hold up the other customers in the line, I decided to bring this to the attention of corporate customer service and left the store.**The store *'s are ***** Toccoa, GA and ***** in Toccoa, GA. I have both receipts and they do indicate that I purchased these items during the sale dates of ***** through *****.**I would like to receive payment for the difference in the amount that I was charged and the advertised price of Buy One Get **% Off the Second on All Toys in the amount of $**.**.
