On ********* from approximately *:**PM to **:**PM Lisa, the manager, at the Domino's store*at **** Martin Way E, Olympia WA, *****, Phone* ***-***-**** caused a discrepancy with*order *** with the email tied to my email* *****@***.com. My name is Joshua*Schwenning, and phone number is ***-***-****, and address is *** Pattison St SE, Apt ***,*Olympia WA, *****. Order *** was supposed to be cancelled on June **, ****, but she did*not cancel it in their system because of a complaint that I filed for her misconduct on a previous*encounter. This caused an issue for when I went to redeem the free pizza that I was supposed*to have. I even followed up on this issue to ensure that my free pizza would be redeemable and*I received a response with reference ID *******, saying that i would need to wait ** hours for it*to reflect to my account. I waited more than ** hours, but it did not reflect to my rewards history.*I recieved a notice saying to call my local dominos store at ***-***-**** two different times in*two different toast messages. When I called to explain this, Lisa hung up on me. I called back to*ask for the owners contact info and Lisa refused to give me a point of contact to file my*complaint and hung up on me again. My account prompted me to call my local store to make*corrections on their end, so that it will reflect on the piece of the pie rewards history. I called and*requested that she make the adjustment in their system. At first she said she would fix it, but*then she recanted and told me that she is too busy, then hung up on me, for a third time. Then,*a friend called for me in regards to the complaint I was having. She threatened to call the police,*and then accused me of screaming at her and cussing at her, which she hung up on him, twice.*Then, my girlfriend called to speak with Lisa and attempted to explain first* I have Tourette*Syndrome - Coprolalia. Second* that I had a complaint that needed assistance. Lisa demanded*her to stop calling and said that she was calling the police. At that time, I documented all the*events and communication and sought assistance in filing this formal complaint. If this is not*addressed, then I will file a civil suit against Lisa, and the store for malicious prosecution. Please*understand that this issue did not need to escalate this high, nor does it need to go any higher*as long as my complaint for the missing free pizza is corrected, and performance actions are*taken to rectify this incident. All communication occured via speaker phone in my home, while*on my home security camera footage. Thank you.*on *********, at **** i called the local dominos store and spoke with Jordan and explained the*incident. She then relayed the message to a manger, Kaylin, involved in the incident who is not*of support to my situation. When Kaylin answered, I asked to speak with Jordan. She refused*and demanded to know my name. I then asked again to speak with Jordan. Kaylin proceeded to*tell me who I am and that they are not going to correct their mistakes. I again, only asked to*speak with Jordan. Kaylin, again denied me of that, and said that she is highert than Jordan, so*I need to go through her. I hung up and documneted the incident.*on *********, **** i called the local dominos to speak with the manager aware of the incident*that I explained the previous phone call. However, when I asked for Jordan, Kaylin took the*phone and demanded that I need to speak to her, not Jordan. I explained that I am documenting*the incident and reporting it to someone higher than her. I want my issue fixed by my local store making the adjustment for order *** as cancelled that Lisa promised to do so that it would reflect properly on my piece of the pie rewards. It's a simple fix to an error that the managers Kaylin, and Lisa could have fixed. But this has escalated to a point where I have been calling over and over because the online portion says for me to call my local store but they keep refusing to fix the error, and this caused my disability of TS - Coprolalia to increase in frequency and unwanted, and uncontrollable profanity tics became vocal. I explained that I have Tourettes to Lisa, however during one of the calls that I made when trying to get my issue fixed, I overheard her to what appeared to be her talking in another phone to the police, after threaten to call the police, saying he's calling me again and he's screaming and cussing at me and threatening me. I was appalled by this. This is us getting to the point where I will involve my civil rights attorney involved and instigate action against them for discrimination, retaliation, biased, misconduct, and malicious prosecution. All I have been asking for was for them to make the correction on their end so that the rewards will be reflected. Now we are looking at unfortunate injustice. I want this issue fixed by making local store managers correct their error for cancelled pizza, so that it will reflect on pie rewards history so I can order my free pizza.

I have always been a loyal customer to only Domino's and this particular with never once having an issue until this incident. This small issue that I have been asking to have fixed has now turned into disability discrimination related injustices.
I've tried calling other Domino's stores and asking for franchise owner information to contact. Ive filed several complaints online through the chat, but haven't gotten a single response to them and I've provided them the ref id number they would need. I've tried searching online for a point of contact and how to file my complaint. I've tried calling the local store at different times on different days in hopes of getting ahold of a regional manager or district manager or someone who is not a store or shift manager that has the proper training and authority to make appropriate corrections and also address the customers complaints. These two managers, Lisa and Kaylin refuse to fix anything or give me any information for someone to file my complaint every single time I call. This goes to show they are hiding something, and I will not give up until I finally contact the franchise owner. It did not have to go this far at all, but because of poor conduct from these managers and their refusing to resolve my issues and their threatening to call police due to my uncontrollable Tourette Syndrome saying that I am screaming and cussing at her.
